Blake “The Beast” McKernan, is a native of Sacramento, California, and the current, undefeated(12-0) WBU Cruiserweight Champion of the World! He had a vision & a dream of becoming a World Champion since he was a young boy. He turned his dream into a reality, by never allowing obstacles stand in his way! He received the nickname, “The Beast” because of his tireless work ethic, and refusal to never accept defeat, in and outside of the ring, regardless of what life throws his way!

His journey has not been an easy one. He served 3 1/2 years in the U.S. Army, and as a combat veteran, he lost many friends and comrades as casualties of war. This is why when he fights, he fights for them. He fights for his son. He fights for the idea that if you work your butt off, good things can happen! This 31-year-old single father is quickly becoming a household name in the sport of boxing and a known face worldwide. He realizes the importance of leaving a legacy behind for his 7-year-old son and continues to rise to the occasion in every fight!

Blake's motto is: When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, nothing in life can ever stop you from achieving your dreams!
